Dans le cadre de ses activités, GI EXPERTISE, en collaboration avec un partenaire évoluant dans le secteur de la grande distribution, recrute un(e) comptable afin de renforcer ses équipes.
Un(e) Comptable
Missions principales
Le ou la comptable aura pour principales missions de :
- Enregistrer et contrôler les opérations comptables quotidiennes.
- Assurer le suivi des factures clients et fournisseurs.
- Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et le suivi de la trésorerie.
- Préparer les déclarations fiscales et sociales conformément à la réglementation applicable en Guinée.
- Participer à l’établissement des états financiers périodiques.
- Assurer le classement et l’archivage des pièces comptables.
- Préparer les rapports financiers destinés à la Direction.
- Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des obligations comptables.
- Profil recherché
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou gestion.
- Justifier d’une expérience professionnelle pertinente en comptabilité.
- Maîtriser les logiciels comptables et Excel.
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des règles comptables et fiscales applicables.
- Faire preuve de discrétion, de rigueur, d’intégrité et d’un bon esprit d’équipe.

As part of its business activities, GI EXPERTISE, in collaboration with a partner operating in the mass retail sector , is recruiting an Accountant to strengthen its team.
Position: Accountant (01)
Main Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Record and verify daily accounting transactions.
- Monitor customer and supplier invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare tax and social security declarations in accordance with the applicable regulations in Guinea.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements.
- Ensure the proper filing and archiving of accounting documents.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Hold a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Have relevant professional experience in accounting.
- Be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Have a good understanding of applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Demonstrate discretion, accuracy, integrity, and strong teamwork skills.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in French is required.
